Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship

An enduring power of attorney is where you appoint a person to make financial and legal decisions for you if you lose the capacity to make your own decisions.

An enduring guardianship is where you appoint a person to make personal decisions (including health care, residence decisions) for you if you lose the capacity to make your own decisions.

Adding enduring power of attorney and guardianship documents is FREE when ordered with a will.
